Do you supply and install across all of India?

We primarily work in Maharashtra. We have implemented projects pan-India, but whether we can take up a project outside Maharashtra depends on its size — the project needs to be large enough to make it viable for us.

How long does a typical bamboo structure take to fabricate and install?

For products like BIY Kits or Poly-Sheds, the lead time is usually 4 weeks. For outdoor structures like gazebos and pergolas, it can go up to 6 weeks.

What is the lifespan of your bamboo structures?

Wonder Grass building systems are built using treated bamboo poles with CNSL coating for weathering protection, giving them a lifespan of 25 years. These structures are relatively low on maintenance — all that is needed is a CNSL coat once every 2–3 years, and only at spots where it is peeling off.

Can you do custom designs or do you only offer standard products?

Customised design solutions are possible where the size of the project justifies the R&D inputs required. Typically, if a building size is more than 3000 Sq ft, a customised building solution becomes viable for us as an organisation.

Do you offer post-installation maintenance services?

At the moment, we do not have a formal AMC programme. We provide a document that details how to maintain the bamboo structure — its Do's and Don'ts — so you can keep it in good condition independently.
